Fee Structure

McKenzie Associates provide an outsource service to Private, Public and 'Not for Profit' organisations focused on Secondments as part of a 'people centred' solutions approach to Development or Outplacement.

Use of our approach to secondments allows organisations to hold on to existing skills and in doing so avoid the cost of rerecruiting, retraining when the economy turns to one more favourable. according to a recent survey undertaken by Investors In People, the associated costs in recruiting, training and achieving full productivity from a single employee costs , on average, £16,000 and can take up to 9 months to achieve. The advantages of using the secondment route as an alternative to redundancy are therefore apparent.

Timescales and Costs - MA’s Secondment Fee

Senior Consultants Daily Range - £1250 - £850

Associate Consultants - £ 950 - £450

“No Frills” base (3 levels) - £850, with added value units available

Managed Secondments 8 – 15% of Secondee’s salary for a 12 month fully matched, brokered and fully supported secondment Policy / Procedural Development assignments

• Business Needs and how Secondments could address
  your organisations requirements
• Assessment of current HR policies and where Secondments
  would deliver added value
• Corporate Positioning - Rationale - Where Secondments fit in
  CCI approach/or outline of CCI stages
• Outline of HR Steps to introduce a Secondment /
  Interchange programme
• Next Steps - tailored to meet identified needs / culture /
  competencies and supports

Our ongoing fees arangement can be tailored to exactly match your requirements and needs. The fees involved are dependent upon a number of factors such as;

• The contract period involved
• The actual input required from McKenzie Associates
• The level of expertise required
• The level of "post secondment" involvement required e.g.
  mentoring service
