McKenzie Associates are Britains leading independent Secondment Consultants. Secondments is a fast growing area of operation, offering a real, tried and tested alternative to redundancy, secondments allow organisations to retain existing skills and people until such time as the economy changes to one more beneficial to the organisation concerned.
A recent survey undertaken by Investors In People has shown that, on average, it can take up to 9 months and cost £16,000 to recruit, train and bring an individual to full productivity. The advantages of being able to retain skills and people by utilising secondments, allowing these skills to be brought back within the organisation within a relatively short time span, are therefore apparent.
We offer a tried and tested approach to all secondment projects utilising the expertise and experience of out network of consultants. This expertise has been gained through many years experience of working with employers, large and small, and from handling secondment projects in an individual, tailored manner.
We have a proven track record in matching, placing and managing employees in appropriate secondments to meet the need and requirements of all parties involved - In addition to developing skills, culture and networks, there could be a C.C.I benefit (Corporate Community Involvement).
